Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

  1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  2. Unused
  3. In their original packaging
  4. In resellable condition
  5. Returned as a complete bundle (partial returns of bundle items are not accepted)
  6. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at www.hommeco.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief explanation of the reason for return.
  3. Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  4. We will provide return instructions based on the specific supplier or fulfillment partner. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

 Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  2. We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

 Refunds

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable..
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Bundle Policy (No Partial Returns or Exchanges)

  1. Our products are sold as complete bundles.
  2. We do not offer exchanges or partial returns of individual items within a bundle
  3. If eligible, the entire bundle must be returned together.


Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

  1. Delays caused by shipping carriers
  2. Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  3. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  4. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, reshipping fees may apply.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
